Cars came off the same Kenosha plant site for eighty-six years. Thomas B. Jeffery built the first Ramblers there in 1902; by the time it closed in 1988 it was the oldest continuously operating automobile plant in the world. Charles Nash bought the company in 1916. Nash and Hudson merged in 1954 to create American Motors. Chrysler bought AMC in August 1987, and the last AMC-badged cars wore 1988 model years.

This registry covers that whole family tree. Not every car in it was built in Kenosha; every car in it belongs to the same lineage.
